BioAsia Worldwide's production plant is located in the seaside town of Sitiawan, Lumut, facing the Straits of Malacca. A current build up of over 100,000 square feet on a total of four acres of prime land houses BioAsia Worldwide's operations with utmost pristine and well-oiled performance.

Liquid Products Contract Manufacturing
Miyabi Aromatics specializes in the contract manufacturing of liquid based toiletries and personal care products. A joint venture company synergizing Japanese technical expertise with the business ties of BioAsia Worldwide, it commenced operations in 2012 and has since gained a strong position as a supplier of liquid based toiletries for the Malaysian hotel industry.
Miyabi Aromatics is endowed with the capacity to fulfill large scale production requirements backed by impeccable GMP certified quality assurance. Its operations is accompanied by top notch formulation expertise and a dedicated on-site laboratory.
Our operations are tuned towards medium to large quantity production demands. Two primary finishing lines with a combined production capacity of 2.5 mt per hour serve as the backbone of our operations. These workhorses are capable of producing opaque, translucent, syndet, combo & marbelized bars.
We are also equipped with a 2-in-1 one finishing line for dual-color bars with a production capacity of 1 mt per hour, as well as facilities dedicated to scaleable transparent soap production.
